Refund policy

We want every Skip Sugar order to feel like a yes. Because our products are food, we follow a few simple rules to keep every treat safe and hygienic for every family.

Unopened products

You can return any Skip Sugar product that is unopened, sealed and in its original packaging, as long as it is still within its best-before date. There is no fixed return window.

For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened packs or unwrapped candies.

Damaged, wrong or expired items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or past its best-before date, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, your choice. You will not pay anything to return these items.

How to start a return

Email contact@skip-sugar.com or call/WhatsApp +20 100 140 2112 with your order number and the items you want to return.
We will confirm your return and arrange pickup or tell you where to send it.
Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days:

Card / online payments: refunded to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Cash on delivery: refunded by bank transfer, InstaPay or mobile wallet. We will ask for your details.
