1. Overview

This website (skip-sugar.com) is operated by Skip Sugar, Badr City, Cairo, Egypt ("Skip Sugar", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or legal guardian's permission, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Products and product information

Our products are sugar-free lollipops and hard candy sweetened with isomalt and stevia. We describe them as accurately as we can. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the real product.
Always read the label on the pack for the full ingredients, allergen information and best-before date before eating.
Products containing polyols (such as isomalt) may have a laxative effect if eaten in excess. Please enjoy in moderation.
"Sugar-free" means no added sugar. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. If you or your child has diabetes, allergies or other dietary needs, please consult a doctor first.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes. Shipping fees are shown separately at checkout.
We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

6. Promotions and discount codes

Discount and referral codes are subject to their own terms, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Skip Sugar name and logo, the "Keep Sweet" slogan, the Skippy mascot, images, text and designs, belongs to Skip Sugar and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Reviews and user content

If you submit reviews, photos or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share that content in connection with our brand. You agree that your content is truthful and does not violate anyone's rights or any law.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false information, or to infringe the rights of others.

11. Third-party links and services

Our website may link to or use third-party services (such as payment and delivery providers). We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skip Sugar is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
